Old Reliable General Contracting, a growing remodeling and renovation company, is looking for an Entry-Level Apprentice/Laborer to assist in various remodeling projects.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain valuable experience in the construction and remodeling field. You will be working very closely with the GC and other experienced tradesmen, with ample opportunity for skill development and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various remodeling tasks under guidance.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, demolition, and cleanup tasks on job sites.
• Move and stage materials.
• Learn and apply safe and efficient construction practices.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow instructions and guidelines to complete tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required but preferred; willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor.
• Ability to commute to jobs in Phoenix, or potentially commute on public transit to Metrocenter (I-17 and Peoria) for pickup.
