TheMaintenance Apprenticejob inBar Harbor, Maineis responsible for various tasks including operating equipment, maintaining a clean facility, and also assisting the maintenance staff in daily tasks. Youll have a solid understanding of how to maintain and repairbroken locks, walls, and paint touch ups, as well as replacing appliances. This is a full time opportunity.

Maintenance Apprentice Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, pushing, bending, pulling and twisting

• Must have valid ME DL

• Strong problem solving abilities

• Self motivated and works well with others

• Detail oriented

• Ability to use power tools, and drive a garden tractor as needed

Required Skills:

• 1+ years experience in a maintenance role

• 1+ years labor experience

Maintenance Apprentice Details:

• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

• Pay Rate: \$17-20/hr DOE

• Start Date: ASAP
