How you will do it Apprentices will be trained and will perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites. Apprentices will participate in certified trainings through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary rewards and advancement. Through coaching and mentorship, apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues as well as customer needs. You will keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed. You will meet attendance requirements for required Union training for first year. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
