We are looking for an Apprentice for Electrification & Automation with disability (categoria protetta L.68/99 ) , in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trained in 2 years as EHS Office Assistant

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As EHS Office Assistant some of your main activities will be:

• Support the business, managing EHS matters related to site operations (document flow);

• Ensure the proper qualification in terms of EHS for sub-suppliers involved in operation;

• Support PM’s in site management by performing site specific compliance and safety audits;

• Use specific project engineering software tools to manage the approval processes;.

• Support projects execution by completing back office supporting processes

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

• You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background, preferably from Environmental, Health and Safety disciplines

• ITS Degree;

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

• Eligibility to work in Italy
